REQUIREMENTS
Local Police Clearance Application
1. If Applicant is Born in Fiji:
> Fill the Fiji Police Clearance Standard Form with the proper forwarding address of the organization which requires this clearance.
> Attach a clear copy of your Birth Certificate
> Attach one passport size photo.
2. If Applicant is not a Fiji born:
> Fill the Fiji Police Clearance Standard Form with the proper forwarding address.
> Attach a copy of your passport bio data page.
> Attach a Passport size photo.
