10 Fingerprints to be taken at your nearest police Station ( or NZ Post Office).
Fee if lodging from overseas: $102.20 normal fee $153.30 Urgent processing
Fee if applicant is lodging within the country: $61.30 normal fee (10-15 working days process) $122.65 Urgent (5 Working days process)
Once the Clearance is processed, this Clearance will only be collected by the NZ Immigration officers here in Suva. Pickup is done once a week (Thursdays) only.

OPTIONAL

1. COURIER SERVICE: FEDEX/DHL

Be advised that you will need to arrange your own courier service to deliver the hard copy of your police Clearance to the organization that requested your Clearance if the hard copy is required by the organization. All costs will be borne by your good self.

2. APOSTILLE STAMP

Please notify your Revenue collectors if this stamp is required with Police Clearance.

Fee payable will be $117.20 ($102.20 + $15 bank fee).

Normal fee (10-15 working days process).
Urgent Fee: $153.30 + $15 bank fee Total of $168.30 (5 working days process) FIJIAN DOLLARS.

Be advised once payment is done you will need to forward us all your documents in pdf. format along with the deposit slip so that we can send it to our Ledgers Department for verification of deposit with the Ministry of Economy. A Fiji revenue receipt will accompany the confirmation of deposit.

Please be reminded that direct deposit could delay the processing of your application because once we receive your official revenue receipt from our Ledgers Department to confirm your bank payment, we will then start processing your application with the duration of 10-15 working days processing or 5 working days Urgent processing of your application according to the fee you paid.

Another option of lodgment (Easier method and Faster) is that you may forward all your documents in pdf. format to a trusted friend/relative living in Fiji to lodge and pay for your application on your behalf at any Police
Station in Fiji (except for Suva). Payment for Clearance for our Suva applications will be done at our Police Headquarters in Centerpoint. Revenue receipt will be issued instantly upon lodgement. Any insufficient information submitted on the application form may result in application process to be placed on hold. Please note that once the Police Clearance is processed, we will only forward email and posting directly to the relevant organization that requested your Clearance in which you will note down on Section C on the application form. Once the Certificate is released we cannot change the content on the Certificate, if you require for changes, you will need to lodge again.

Please note we issue one Certificate for one purpose for one payment only. Kindly read the form carefully before submitting this to our office and answer all questions on the application form.
