REQUIREMENTS
Local Police Clearance Application
1. If Applicant is Born in Fiji:
> Fill the Fiji Police Clearance Standard Form
> Attach a copy of your Birth Certificate
> Attach one passport size photo.
> Attach a copy of Fiji Revenue Receipt.
2. If Applicant is not a Fiji born:
> Fill the Fiji police clearance standard form.
> Attach a copy of your passport bio data page.
> Attach a copy of Fiji revenue receipt.
